This is a charming set of 5 envelopes which have been handmade from damaged vintage children's books.
They are C6 size & will hold a standard card or quartered A4 sheet of paper.
5 blank address labels are included.
Just moisten the top edge of the flap to seal like a regular envelope.

As these are all different you will receive a random selection, but they are all charmingly vintage in style.
A great way to post your handmade cards or special letters!

1930's Vintage

What a cute card this is!
By the famous Mabel Lucie Attwell, it shows a little child with old fashioned curling tongs & various items of make up.

The card reads:

A Jolly Birthday!
May you be glad on your birthday morn
An' thanking your stars that you were born.

The card has been used & has an inscription on the back to "Dear Bernard" & a 1d postage stamp.
The date is a little obscured but it appears to be 1938.

Considering it's age it is in really good condition.
